Post subject: Stuck, need to replace ignition cylinder on my 02 focus

I lost the only key I had to my focus the other day and I am trying to figure out how to replace the cylinder without the key, I know it's easier to replace the tumbler if you have the key to turn to the on position, but my question is, since I do not have the key to do so, how would I go about switching the cylinder out without the key?

Any help at all would be much appreciated!
