Have 1990 Cad Seville, 4.5 Liter V8 PFI engine. 61,000 miles.

Getting static on Am and Fm radio use.

Is this an antenna problem?

Would appreciate any recommendation to fix the problem; is very irratating!

1991 Deville touring sedan - I can't get my hood open! I went to pull the latch release and it was out all the way. The hood wont pop up to the second latch. I have tried to get something in there to release it, but there is no room. anyone have any suggestions?
