Post subject: NEW Starter

I installed a new starter and it stays engaged after the car starts. The old one suddenly began doing the same thing until it burnt up. Even if the key is off and out of the car occassionaly it tries to start itself. HELP ihave replaced the ignition switch and the starter no juice to starter.
