Speed Manual Transmission

My trans started popping out of gears so I got another at a wrecking yard. It does not pop out of gear but it is difficult to shift into 4th without grinding gears.Is this a simple adjustment problem or should I return it to the dismantler for a refund? .

Thinking of buying a 2007 F-150 with the 5-speed manual transmission. I will not be doing any towing just thought it would be better in mud and occasional snow. Are there any problems with the 5-speed? Thanks.

Is BMW coming out with a true manual transmission in the 2007 M5? Some magazines say so, but dealers people say they have not heard that this going to happen. Has anyone heard if it is really happening and if so when will they be available? Thank you for any help.
