Well, not really. My grandad is now the owner of it, and I have a Omaha
Orange 59 Scotsman pickup. It's a lot easier for me to handle, and a
lot more fun too. So, I'm 16 and just got my 4th Stude.
So, today the Scotsman got a new exhaust system, and now all the lights
work. Yeah George, we put a Cherry bomb muffler on it...
The Daytona is now at the shop, and the passenger side is mostly sanded
and primed. Tomorrow we will shoot some paint and see all the little
imperfections you can't see with primer. It's coming along though.
Matthew

YEP, I knew that that "big ole truck" was not really yours when you won
it!

A lot of us "ole knockers" would like to say we had 4 Studebakers by
the time we were 16! Way to go, enjoy the ride(s)

Heh! Even though I recently joined the era of the retired, I still
remember an incident when I was around five years of age. My brother,
(a year younger) was told to NOT touch the stove because it was hot. He
promptly went over and plastered his hand on it and the yelling (it
seems) went on for eternity.

Ever since, I have based a lot of credence on observation vs. actual
experience. I have a couple of (poster) couples that I keep in mind and
every time, (Yeah, it still happens), I get the urge to "settle" down, I
pay either of 'em a visit and I'm good for another five years...
