Slugigsh/ Hard Gear Shift Selector CRV 2002 - Just started..

CRV with 40K miles. No problems. Just noticed when putting into gear
its not as smooth to go into drive and sometimes the green light will
not come on if I try to engage to low 1.

No problems driving or the Tran shifting on the road. This gear shift
stickiness is not every day but frequent enough.

Please advise?

I believe there's a recall for that problem. Please call a honda dealership
or look online.
