Hi any help from you guys will be most welcome. I have a 1996 SL500 that periodically while driving the car just dies. This usually happens whilst costing towards a junction. the car will restart after about 45min. Before that delay the car will just turn with the odd backfire. My local Mercedes dealer has had the car for 3 weeks but thus far has not isolated the problem. Any ideas.
