Restoring dashboard (69 Falcon)

I've got a 69 Falcon I'm trying to get back in order. Restored at one time, but has been left sitting for years. Still not too bad off.. couple little rust holes I'll have to get fixed along with the paintjob. But the main thing that looks ratty is the dashboard. It's one of those vinyl/foam dashes that's cracked all to bejesus. How does one fix this? Or at least cover it? Can it be completely replaced? What's the best thing to do? I mainly just want it to look nice.
