I don't think he has the stuff between the ears to fill Schumacher's
helmet.

If the technical team has the package in hand from the start he will
contend, if the machine needs to be perfected, mastered and managed he
will stumble badly.

He's not a great development driver. Alesi like in his desire to drive
around the issues rather than fix them. Massa and the test drivers will
be key.
