Post subject: Punto rear suspension

Hello all, can you help me

My mums Punto selecta failed its MOT on play in the rear suspension, its the bush that holds the subframe to the body, i have removed the old one and got a replacement, but how does the new one hold the subframe on as it fits from the top and there is no washer or anything to support it from below

Seems very strange to me!

Thanks in advance

Paul
