Pt Cruiser Timing Belt Replacement

2001 PT Cruiser: Anyone have procedure for replacing PS/alternator/AC drive belts, and difficulty? (It looks like the start would be to remove the right front wheel & then spashguard.)

Whats a typical cost for a shop to replace the timing belt on the 2.4L? I understand its quite a bit higher for folks with the Turbo PT's.
