Looks like you're not in the U.S. I am, so make adjustments accordingly to the
following:

1.
Find out what other models and years of Honda use the same radiator. I'd start
at
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/catdisplay.jsp" target="_blank">http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/catdisplay.jsp</a> , get write down
the item number for your Prelude's radiator, then check other years.

2.
Ebay is a good possibility, though I am not happy with the probability of a
quick shipment these days with Ebay sellers. I see one 1989 Prelude radiator for
sale there now for $128 + $15 shipping. The seller is a store, so you might have
better luck with shipping.

3.
Check your yellow pages for local salvage shops. Call. Most have their
inventories computerized and are happy (if they're not up to their eyeballs with
other customers) to search for you.

4.
I discovered online salvage shops a couple of weeks ago. Almost all have online
search engines. Google choosing from words like {parts salvage search Honda
foreign Japanese import}, and many should come up.

5.
I used <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.olstons.com" target="_blank">www.olstons.com</a> to purchase a second hand crank pulley = harmonic
balancer and was very pleased with the price and shipping. Go to its site and on
the left click on "Other Inventory Search." (It seems to be down at the moment.)

You should consider going to several radiator shops in your city or town
and get estimates from each of them. There should be a list of the
radiator shops in the yellow pages. I don't advise you to buy one from a
Honda dealership. They would charge you a lot of money to replace the
radiator.
