Post subject: Power Window not working

One of my Power Windows (passenger side) on a 1997 Ford explorer, stopped working yesterday, you can hear a gear sound and when you push up on the window and press up on the button it will go up, same situation with going down, but alone it just has the grinding gear sound, any possible problems you guys know of?
