My 02 Seville STS has been hard to steer when going into a parking space.
It is okay when crusing on the highway but when making a turn (into a
parking space), it is hard to turn the wheel left or right.

Any suggestions on what this could be??

Thank You

Have you checked the power steering fluid level?
Low fluid is more noticeable at low speeds.
Tire pressure in front tires?......should not be a problem unless they are
WAY low.

Failing that, then something is broken in the variable-ratio control
(whatever and where-ever that is).
Probably not a fix for an amateur.
