Peugeot 406 Execitive help needed

I have a 406 exec est reg Dec 1999 and came without a user manual. I cannot get the passenger side electric window to work, all the others work no prob also rear window wiper does not work. Could this be a blown fuse if so where is the fuse box and how do I get at it. Any help would be very much appreciated.
