Post subject: Opinions on purchasing Honda Accord..

Hi folks.. I'm looking to buy a good cheap Accord. I have my eye set on this one:
http://easyexport.us/carfinder/vehicle/SALVAGE_TITLE_2009_HONDA_ACCORD_13435300/?a_aid=4c054bdec9d5b (Auto Auction for Public)

What's you folks' opinion on car auctions? Also, what's the opinion on a salvage titled vehicle? Thanks.
