Odd braking problem - 06 Lancer (I think)

ok so i bought an 06 lancer es in march. after a few days i started to hear a squeek coming from front driver side (not braking). When i hit the brakes it would stop and then i could hear a faint grinding noise. Also the car was shaking badly when going over 70 (not braking). Well i replaced the pads and rotors and some of the problems cleared but new ones surfaced. The squeeking while not braking stopped but returned a few days later. The shaking over 70 stopped (not braking) but now it shakes violently over 40 (while braking) and even worse the faster i go. Oh yea and also this has been doing this before new rotors and pads and after. When i hit a bump i hear a jingling like something is loose from both sides. There were no clips for the pads when i put them in so i'm guessing the pads are loose but the owners manual says that the pads are not supposed to have clips and just fit in there. Also it seems that when i take the calipers off and put them back on the jingling stops but returns a few days later. i've taken it to a few places and all they say is they don't see anything wrong. What could this be?
