2001 Accord Coupe - 4 clyndr - manual trans. Replaced the Power Steering pump with a remanufactored Honda pump, new belt and HONDA PS fluid. Tensioned the belt the best I can. Now getting a loud vibration/noise from the pump area. The pump turns freely and doesn't make any noise. Tighened everything down. Noise gets worse when turning the steering wheel.
