Hi
Can any one tell me were to find the Vehicle identification number on a
1928 model A ford? I have the engine number.

They are usually one and the same, unless the engine has been replaced
(very likely over the years). The frame was stamped with the engine
number. Unless the body is off, it's difficult to get to. It is located
on top of the frame on the driver's side in the vicinity of the motor
mount. On my title in New Mexico, the engine number is used as the VIN.

FYI - if is hasn't been sanded away, the build date should be stamped on
the firewall on the driver's side, approximately 8-10 inches down from
the top of the gas tank.
