No, Infiniti does not offer free maintenance. However, In the 16 years I've
been driving an Infiniti (an M30 for 15 years and now an M45), I found the
routine maintenance very reasonably priced. Much cheaper than the horror
stories I would hear from Ford and Chrysler owners. And as most other luxury
car companies, I get a free loan car when I make an appointment for normal
service or if my car needs "emergency" warranty service. Also, my wife had
her Infiniti for 15 years. One thing she told me was that the service people
always listened to her and took her seriously. This is not the normal
experience when a woman brings in her car "with a little noise".
Bye.
