If you are talking about crash safety, google "Lexus rx 400h crash safety."
It got 5 stars for driver and passenger front and side crashes.

If you are talking about emergency handling, it has all the stuff that
insurance companies like such as stability control, AWD, etc. but you have
to drive it yourself to see if you like the handling.
