1987 Camry left turn signal Buzzes and doesnt work unless you apply pressure. If I hold the stick down, it works.. however sometimes it just buzzes. Anyone knows what I can do to fix it, s hort of breaking the bank

Hi, I have 1994 buick regal custom. left turn signal does not work. alarm signals work, right turn works, when i turn the left one on the arrow on the dash board is steadily on and the signals don't react. if anyone could advise i would appreciate, what could that be?
