I am suing Kia for consumer fraud on the theory that they sell warranties they have no intention of honoring, thus making their warranties fraudulent from the get-go. In other words, Kia knows at the time it sells the warranties that if something goes wrong with the car they'll refuse to honor the warranty on one excuse or another, and so the warranties themselves are fraudulent at the time of sale.
I'm looking for Kia employees or ex-employees with inside information about how warranties are handled. This has the possiblity of becoming a class action lawsuit. Anyone with any information please email free_line.RemoveThis@hotmail.com
I'm especially interested in talking to you if you ever worked for City Kia in Orlando.
Thanks.
