Doug,
It would take me an hour to find the TSB to see if it is applicable to your
truck, but there is a TSB about undersized brake rotors on the F-150's and I
believe your truck to be included. You might check with your local dealer to
see if that might be your concern.
As for the storage concern, I dont think so. It would allow rust to build
up, but that would just be worn off rather quickly. You might be witness to
false ABS activation though. I would have a mechanic drive your truck and
make sure that isnt what is happening.
