Hardly a rookie with 58 recorded feedback transactions. It seems he had
another "miscommunication" with another gentleman before. Will be
interesting if it comes up again.

He sent out the second chance offer to all the bidder, even those
with a $1000 bid. Apparently the guy with the $9000 bid thinks I beat
him to the Buy It now. The seller may not be new to ebay, but did not
know the BIN rules and even listed the car in "manuals and literature,
cars and trucks other"
