Post subject: Intermintent heat on 95 blazer

I was not getting any heat in my blazer, then I was getting heat a few minutes later, and then it got cold again after a couple of minutes and this went on back & forth my 20 minute drive home.

During this time, I noticed the temp gauge was also flucuating, from cool to warm, however it was not matching the amount of heat that was coming out.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here?
