This one is a bit strange. Hyundai dealer has no ideas. The instrument panel lights stopped working. The fader works, the two bulbs in the panel work (lighting up the milage indicator) and all other indicator and signal bulbs work. Just the speedometor and tach display are dark. Now, get this. T..

My 1999 OB lost the light on the instrument panel, which means I have to drive at night with a flashlight in my hand to see how fast I'm going and whether I need fuel. No good! (The other signals on the panel work fine.) I think it happened when I left the parking light on overnight and ran down ..

944 1987 I have removed the instrument panel and I think located the bulb holders, three of them.. But how do I remove the holders from the panel to get at the bulbs? Do you pull or twist? Alec

Hi chaps, Have a 2001 406 HDi and was wondering if anyone has replaced any of the bulbs in the instrument panel. I spoke to the local peugeot garage and they say that there is only one bulb in the whole panel whereas the only dim portion is the fuel guage and a small part of the speedo. Does anyon..

Got this 2005 XC70 two weeks ago, on the lower left corner of the instrument panel, there is a window that indicates different information about gas mileage, etc. But it is in French !! Anyone out there knows how to convert it back to English besides taking it back to the dealer ? Any help..

Re: instrument panel on E320 yr 2000: one illuminating bulb is out; how hard is that to change? Also, sometimes on the shift indicator, there are extra "pixels" showing; this happens only in cold or wet weather. Is there an easy-to-reach connector or contacts that might need to be cleaned?

have you checked the dimmer control switch. it may have be accidentally adjusted. I don't know exactly where it would be for your truck, so you should consult your owners manual for the location. look for the instrument/dash disgram and it should be noted.

I have a 97 Camry LE. 230,000 miles, runs great...but... on the instrument panel the cruise, abs & airbag symbol flash when the car is turned on, once in drive only the cruise symbol & airbag symbol continue to flash. I have had the car checked out - no one can find answers. Any suggestions?
