Injector Problem on a 2000 Ford pickup

I have a 2000 ford F150, with the 4.6. I have a miss I put the computor
read out on. It comes up cylinder #5 misfire. The truck has 92,000
miles on it. I changed the plugs with no help. I changed the injector
on #5 with no change. What I do know is that when I unplug each
injector it gets worse. Only when I unplug # 5 the idle doesn't change.
What would the next thing I could do? I feel the problem is #5, but I
don't know what to do next? Is cylinder #5 the first one on the right?
My Haynes manuel shows it the first one on the right.

My brother has a 99 explorer that had a mis, the problem was a bad coil
pack.
