Infiniti FX 35

I have an '05 Infiniti FX 35 and love everything about it except for
the seats. The leather is fine but the dang adjustment controls are on
top and to the side of the seating surface. I don't know if I explained
that well.....basically instead of being mounted on the frame of the
seat they are located to the side of the seating surface itself. In yet
other words, next to your right thigh/hip on the driver's side and left
thigh/hip on the passenger's side.

What I would like to do is take seats from an Infiniti M and put them
in my FX.
1. is is possible? i.e. are the frame mounts the same.
2. is there enought space (width) between the door and center
console for the 'M' seats to fit?
3. if they are not a direct fit whom might be able to handle a
task like that? would an infiniti dealership do it?
