The Indicator Light

Hello. The indicator light on my gear shift that illuminates the P, R, N, D, etc has burned out, and I'd like to replace it. Can someone please tell me how to access it? Thanks, John

1998 740il, 100,000 miles. Yesterday and today now the car's cruise turns off. I am driving with cruise on and it turns off. The indicator light goes off too. I can not turn it back on until I re-start the car. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be? thanks rick

My wife has a 99 Amigo v-6 with 4 wheel drive. In the last 2 months she has had an issue with the indicator light not showing it in drive and not going into gear in the morning. Now it has done that and when the car down shifts into 1st gear it shifts real hard and makes a loud chunck sound. it ..

I have a 97 Avalon. The indicator light is on that says a tail light is burn out, but all the lights are working. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it? Thanks for any input/ help, Robin
« Have you checked the upper lights above the trunk? If ok, unfortunately, a lot of times it will be a corroded connection on the light bulb bases, and you have to clean the base and sometimes the .. »

the owners manual in my f350 does not explain how to replace the indicator light on the exterior mirrors. does any one know how this is accomplished.
