Post subject: Ignition Switch 95 Del Sol

I'm having problems turning the key in the ignition. The steering wheel is turning, its not locked but the key still wont turn. After about 10 minutes of messing with it, it will work. Anyone else ever have this problem? Also, I dropped it at the shop this morning, any ideas what a fair price would be to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
