Hyundai Sonata Value

In my search for my next new car, I've determined that fuel efficiency is my number 1 priority. I've narrowed my search down to the Hyundai http://www.mccarthyolathehyundai.com/new-inventory/ (Sonata), but not sure if I should get the hybrid or gasoline-powered model. Does the hybrid still pack a punch or should I opt for the non-hybrid car which already has pretty good fuel efficiency?
