i have a civic and it wont start it has spark, fuel but not sure about the timing. ive heard that when the belt slips the valve stays opes and the piston bendds the valve or the piston gets a hole or dent

to a '94 Civic DX w/o tach. Does anyone know if the '95 gauges clusters are a direct swap to a '94? If so, is a '94 Civic DX w/o tach likely to be pre-wired for a tach the way most other accessories are? thanks
