Hi my name is Mal and I am a new member of the site, I have just acquired a Peoguot 270 SWB Mini bus. (this has been bought for Private use only!! large family!! )
Unfortunately for me the previous owner failed to inform me that the Bus had been standing for some months and that the off side front wheel (right) had partially seized, I didn’t pick up this problem during the test drive as all seemed Ok and there were NO tell tail signs present during the short test drive!!
, after buying the vehicle and while driving home I stopped at the service station on the motorway and discovered the problem. Thinking that this was just a minor set back as the wheel was turning (so I thought it would release it’s self.
To my horror it hasn’t and now has the bearing has shattered.
Can anyone please tell me where I can obtain a “Work Shop Manual” for the vehicle or give me “Step by Step” instruction on removing and replacing the bearing, I have worked out most of the process myself, but am unaware of any special tools or technique that might be required during the process.
