Post subject: Help Oil in spark plug shaft 96 Honda Odyssey Get Alert

I have a 96 Honda Odyssey that is a 4 cylinder and the spark plugs are located in 4 seperate shafts about 6-8" in depth oil is already at about half up on the spark plug. What do I need to do? Or is there something terrible wrong
