Help to Identify Automobile

Thank you very much! I did some more research and I think you're right.
I haven't found a car that matches it exactly, but pretty darned close.

I acually found a picture of a 1927 Whippet truck that had the exact
same hood ornament/radiator cap. So I'm leaning toward a 1927 verses a
1928. Much harder trying to find pictures of a 1927 though. But I know
you are right, everything points toward it being a Whippet. Funny that
I'd never even heard of one until you had mentioned the make.

Thank you SOOO much for taking the time to pass this to me. I was not
getting anywhere fast trying to identify it....

I think I have it idenitified as a 1927 Whippet by Willys Overland.
