Help with 1989 corolla CEL codes

Hello
I am the new owner of a 1989 toyota corolla with a 4AF engine FWD and it has a 2 brl carb

I have two codes that I need help with.

31 is vacuum sensor

and 41 TPS

Both codes are set I have wiped them out twice and they still come back.

I had a code 71 prior to this and I changed the vacuum modulator and it went away.

Code 31 I can find no mention of a vacuum sensor at any of my local parts places.

I know that my engine does not have a TPS so what can it be?

Any help is appreciated

Dean, got the same code yesterday after the engine sputtered duriing acceleration. my manual says 31is vacuum switch and 41 is tps. local parts store said they can furnish the vacuum switch, thought the tps may have been a result of the vacuum going bad. Did you determine the cause of your codes being sent?
