Post subject: NEED HELP for my VR4 GALANT

i have a 1994 Galant VR4 2.0 4G63A engine

my problem is nothing functions anymore..
even the hazard lights, headlights, even the horn! no lights appearing on the panel gauge when turn the ignition key ON.

i bought a new battery but its the same. i checked all the fuses and made a continuity test on all wires especially on the ignition key.

what do you think is the problem guys? was it the ECU?

please i need your opinions and suggestions..

thanks in advance. . .
