Post subject: GDI LIGHT Get Alert

We have a mitsubishi Galant GDI 2.4 W reg. The GDI light has not come on now for ages. We also seem to have a problem with the clock fading and not coming on for a few minutes and then it will appear but be those few minutes out. Any ideas. We have just spent a good 1200 pounds on fitting a throttle body as the throttle apparently was doing its own thing.
