Post subject: Frame Drip?

I have a 2003 Chevy Venture with +/- 81,000 miles. I noticed the other day that I had small puddles underneath my bumper, in front of my 2 front tires. I didn't think too much of it, but when I had my oil changed today, the guy wrote "frame drip" in the comments section. He didn't mention anything to me, just wrote it on the slip. Is this anything serious? What could it be? Never heard of it brfore...
