Ford Falcon Forte, additional lights

Hi

I have a Ford Falcon Forte (Series II ?) which had two black plastic
panels on the bumper bar, below the headlights. Unfortunately, for
some reason or another, both of these plastic panels have fallen off.
I was about to try and replace them when I noticed someone drive past
me the other day in exactly the same car, but with LIGHTS in exactly
the same spot as where these black panels used to be. What are these
lights called (driving lights ?) and where do I get them ? (I've
tried to google Ford Falcon Forte Driving Lights and had no success)
