line up.

It would not enhance their line up. It has been replaced with cars that
more match up with what more people want. They have a sports car without
the extra baggage of it having to be useful.

I won't want one because I really don't have a place for two cars, but a
half and half car is not where the market is.

If I hadn't found a "new" Fiero as my daily driver, the other option would
have been a Mini.

I think that was what the Solstice was supposed to be. A roadster thats a
couple hundred pounds heavier; what the hell?! Its not alone though, the
idea of lighter cars went out the door in recent years. Look at the new
Dodge Challenger, way over weight. Bet the Big Three wish they had lighter
products right now.

BTW, Bill the Cat is an all time hero of mine...Ack!

I'm sure government regulations had something to do with it, possibly
related to crash survibability.
