Post subject: FAULT ON MY FIAT BRAVA SX
I HAVE A YELLOW LIGHT THAT FLASHES ON MY DASHBOARD THAT INDICATES A POSSIBLE FAULT .THIS IS IN THE SHAPE OF MY ENGINE. I HAVE NO HANDBOOK TO REFER TO, COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT FAULT THIS COULD INDICATE PLEASE

i have same fault engine light flashing and then stops i also cant get
manual as my brava was manufactured in 2001 so i would also like to know
what it is as performance is affected ive been told it may be throttle
body but not confirmed so if any one knows for sure please let me know

it is confirmed that it is the engine management system and the fiat ecu
has had a few hiccupps and if your engine light is flashing yellow on your
front view panel in shape of engine. this is a known problem and if car is
taken to a fiat dealer they should change the ecu system free of charge
depending on age of your car. if however the engine light flashes red or
stays red pull over and do not drive any further as this may damage your
engine.and again only a fiat dealer can sort this problem out.

Fiat Brava Headlights not working - I have an (1998) S reg Bravo 1.4 S. The main head lights ( i.e. the brights) have both just stopped working. The first turn of the stalk switches on the parking lights, the second turn does nothing and pushing the stalk to switch on the bright lights..
