Post subject: FACTORY REMOTE STARTER QUESTION

DOES ANYONE have the factory remote starter system? My dealer is telling me the only RUN TIME is 10 minutes, not long enough in my opinion. He said, "to the best of his knowledge" which could be open to interpretation; there are no further settings.
