Engine Management Light

Please help, I have serviced my car Audi A4 2001 2Ltr Version, but the engine management light keeps coming on. From the Audi user guide doesnt say much but to take it in to be looked at, has anyone ever had this problem, if so how can i sort it out, as I'm beginning to think i might be making it ..

My daughters 206 Engine management light comes on after a few minutes but the car seems to run fine, although the petrol consumption appears to have increased. Does anyone have any ideas?. Thanks Keith.
« That light means that there is a fault message waiting to be read on the cars computer. You need to find a garage, repairer or whatever who has the equipment to read the message (most should). -.. »

I have recently had a problem with my Peugeot 106 1.1 Zest 2 (2001). It began when I noticed the engine management light come on and that the car was misfiring. The AA looked at my vehicle and diagnosed the problem as a suspect injector. I took my car to the local dealership (not under warranty) ..

Hi, Just had a problem with my peugeot 206 1.4LX. Engine Management light came on and beeped, then the car went juddery. Stopped and called the RAC. When RAC arrived, starting the car had no problems, suggesting intermittent fault. RAC chap plugged his laptop into the car and reported a random..
