Post subject: Electrical short to positive side not to ground.

When I switch on the parking lights, the headlights come on. I removed fuse #4 for the fog lights, but they still work. Radio works with key out. I removed both radio fuses and radio still works if the door is open. Turn the light switch 1 click to the left and headlights come on. Unlock door on drivers side open the door and alarm goes off, it shuts off if I unlock passenger door. A/C clutch does not click on.
