Post subject: Electrical Trouble 1998 Outback

My battery has been dying. I have tested my battery and my altenator, they are both fine. Now I have found that I have a draw on my battery and this drains it within a few days. I pulled fuses trying to find what may be drawing the battery. I found that the automatic door lock fuse darwas alonmg with a 30 amp fuse in the main fuse box that I cannot find out what it is for and also the fuseable link. My check engine light is on and the ODB code is P1540 Vehicle Speed Sensor Malfunction 2 . I am not sure if this I part of the above problem or just a whole differnet one. PLease comment if you have ANY suggestions.

Thank you
