Dodge Caravan Power Steering Problems

What's a decent price to replace a power steering pump in my 2001 Dodge Caravan? I've been quoted $400 and told it's a big job, it's hard to get to etc...I have 120,000 miles on it. Thanks for any help.

Over a month ago, I had an accident with my 1996 Dodge Grand caravan (3.8 litre V6) I was in the midst of rounding a cornor in my van going about 40-50 km/h (30 mph) and it just stalled out of the blue I lost my power steering and also my power brakes. This caused me to slide into some trees short..
