Dash CD Changer

Hi. I've added an OEM in-dash CD Changer to my 2002 Accord LXV6. I had no problem installing it, as it is a direct attachment to the factory head unit. My problem is, now that I've installed the Changer, any CD that is played from the changer makes an awful hissing sound, almost like the speaker..

I was changing CDs on my '02 with in-dash CD changer and it started making some pretty ugly noises. When I tried to switch the CD I was playing, that one didn't work either. Now I have CDs 1, and 2 which won't play and won't eject. When I try, the changer makes "ka-chunk" type noises and gives..
