Post subject: Citroen diesel cold starting Get Alert

High mileage 150k 1.5 diesel is becoming very slow starting, runs well when running.
Is this likely to be injectors or is it the glow plugs, do they go wrong?
Lots of experience with petrol but diesel problems are new to me, any help would be appreciated.
